Healthy gardens start with healthy soil. We assess soil condition and use appropriate mulches, fertilisers and soil amendments to improve structure, moisture retention, nutrient availability and plant health.

Mulching helps regulate soil temperature, retain moisture and suppress weeds, while targeted fertilising provides plants with the nutrients they need at the right time. We select products and application methods according to the plants, soil and conditions, with low-toxicity options used where practical.
